Push to allow hearing and vision impaired people on juries

The Victorian law reform commission is recommending changes to the law that would allow people who are hearing or vision impaired to serve on juries. A decision of the ACT Supreme Court confirmed the territory is the one jurisdiction in Australia that does welcome deaf jurors.
