Prime Minister to give major speech in support of Voice referendum

The Prime Minister says the no campaign in this year's voice referendum is underestimating Australians. Anthony Albanese will make the comments in a major speech tonight where's he's expected to argue an Indigenous Voice to Parliament is the next step in reconciliation.
