Monty Python's Flying Circus - the Amiga game's end of level bosses and the inspiration behind them

In creating the official Monty Python's Flying Circus computer game for Core Design, Simon Phipps took inspiration from a mixture of the TV show (originally aired between 1969 and 1974) and Terry Gilliam's book, Animations of Mortality, published in 1978.

I haven't got a copy of the latter, so here are all the relevant scenes nicked from the TV show. It appears that some of Terry's sketches remained just that; static, single frame drawings so I've had to cheat in a few places.
