CJI DY Chandrachud ने Mamata Banerjee को दिया झटका, The Kerala Story से हटा बैन | वनइंडिया हिंदी

CJI DY Chandrachud: सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने ममता बनर्जी (Mamata Banerjee) को बड़ा झटका दिया है. पश्चिम बंगाल की सीएम (West Bengal CM) ममता ने द केरला स्टोरी (The Kerala Story) फिल्म पर प्रतिबंध (Ban) लगाया था. ममता बनर्जी की तरफ से इस फिल्म पर बैन लगाने के आदेश को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी गई है. जिसके बाद इस फिल्म के निर्माता के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट से राहत भरी खबर आई है. क्योंकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पश्चिम बंगाल में इस फिल्म पर लगे बैन को हटा (Ban Lift) लिया है. साथ ही ये निर्देश दिया गया है कि डिस्क्लेमर (Disclaimer) के साथ फिल्म रिलीज (Film Release) करें.
