Dr. Zakir Abdul Karim Naik is a renowned Islamic preacher, speaker, and scholar from India. He was born on October 18, 1965, in Mumbai, India. He completed his schooling at St. Peter's High School, Mumbai, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Mumbai. However, he left his medical career to pursue his interest in Islamic studies and comparative religion.

Dr. Zakir Naik is the founder and president of the Islamic Research Foundation (IRF), a non-profit organization that aims to promote Islamic teachings and comparative religion studies. He has delivered thousands of lectures and talks on Islam and comparative religion in different parts of the world, including the USA, Canada, UK, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia.
