Debate about implications of Voice vote for High Court

As opponents and supporters of the Voice to Parliament appeal to voters in the referendum, a deep divide has opened up over the High Court and whether it has a legitimate role to play or could threaten the process of government. For some the debate is also raising echoes of past Indigenous rights battles.
