We meet Great British Bake Off star Lizzie Acker to taste test her Wet Nelly

To welcome visitors to the city and get them familiar with the local cuisine, Great British Bake Off star Lizzie Acker has created a modern spin on a retro Liverpudlian dessert. The wet nelly is a bread and pudding type sweet which dates back to the 1950s. Lizzie who is a huge fan of the song contest has teamed up with Oatly to give guests at a local cafe a free slice.
