00:00 Hi everybody and welcome to my first YouTube video. So today I'm doing an Arab
00:05 inspired purple cut crease. So if you want to know how to get this then just
00:09 keep on watching. I started by taking a white eyeliner from Maybelline and I'm
00:16 just outlining where I want the cut crease to begin. And that line by the
00:20 tail of my brow is where I should apply my winged eyeliner. Then taking Makeup
00:29 Forever's flash palette and mixing red and blue to make purple, I'm applying
00:33 this on top of the white. And since this was my first time and I was quite close
00:38 to the camera, I wasn't used to it so the line isn't so straight but it's okay
00:42 because it's all gonna be blended out anyway. Then I'm taking Makeup Forever's
00:49 eyeshadow in 142 and I'm applying that on top of the purple. This will help
00:54 intensify the color as well as make it easier to blend and set the color in
00:58 place. Once I apply that all over the white, I'm gonna blend it and just keep
01:04 on blending until there are no more harsh lines.
01:08 Next I took MAC's Wonder Woman palette in Defiance using the shade Paradise
01:19 Island and applied that above the purple just to make the blending more seamless
01:23 and it's easier to blend the shade.
01:27 I then took the lightest shade which is Defiance and applied that under the
01:33 brow for the same reason as well as to highlight the brow. And here my camera
01:40 wasn't focused but what I was doing is just intensifying that purple at the
01:44 bottom. Then taking my Makeup Forever palette in Bohemian, I'm taking the
01:52 purple shade and I'm applying this on top of the purple that we just have on.
01:56 This is just to add shimmer so if you're looking for a matte look then you can
02:00 just skip this step. I'm then taking the lightest shade in the MAC palette again
02:06 and I'm just intensifying the brow highlight... the brow bone highlight.
02:17 Then using the creamy concealer from Bobbi Brown in the shade Warm Beige, I'm
02:23 applying this all over the lid just as a base.
02:28 Now taking the color tattoo from Maybelline in Eternal Gold, I'm applying
02:43 this all over the lid except for the inner corner part.
02:48 Then taking MAC Nylon, I'm applying that in the inner corner and I'm blending it
02:57 into the gold. Also these two shades will really help cut the crease of the purple
03:02 and make the line more harsh. Now using that same purple shade from Makeup
03:10 Forever, I'm just applying that on my lash line and I'm blending it out. And
03:14 this is how it should look so far. Now I didn't do my eyeliner on camera but I
03:23 wanted to show you guys how I did do it. So instead of doing an entire eye and
03:27 then moving on to the next, I just did the line across the lid and made sure
03:31 they were even. And I used the Makeup Forever flash palette, the black, and I
03:36 set it with a black eyeshadow. Now taking a pencil eyeliner from L'Oreal, I'm
03:42 lining my waterline and my tightline with this.
03:47 I'm then taking the Clinique High Impact Mascara in black and I'm coating my top
04:00 and bottom lashes.
04:04 And this is the finished look. I decided to keep the rest of the face matte so
04:15 that all the attention can go straight to the eyes. If you like this look and you
04:21 want to see more like it, then just subscribe and yeah I'll keep on
04:24 uploading. Thank you for watching and bye I'll see you next time.
