00:00 Hi guys, welcome back to my channel.
00:10 Today I'm gonna show you this holiday berry and silver smokey eye with some Swarovski
00:15 crystals on the tear duct areas.
00:19 I primed my face using Tarte Cleanslate Poreless 12 hour primer and now I'm going to apply
00:25 Motif's liquid powder foundation using a more buffing brush.
00:30 So I'm just going to buff it into the skin for a flawless and airbrushed finish.
00:42 On my brows I used Dipbrow in the shade Ebony by Anastasia Beverly Hills and I do have a
00:48 video on how I do my brows so if you want please go ahead and check it out.
00:52 And next I'm going to apply the silver shade on the tear duct area and for this I'm using
00:57 Motif's Cosmetics Vogue Mineral Paint Pot Eyeshadow.
01:02 So I'm just gonna apply it on the tear duct area and this will be such a beautiful highlight
01:08 for the smokey eye.
01:16 I'm going to take a Sigma E44 brush and just blend it out really well.
01:23 Next I'm going to apply my lid shade and this is No. 59 Eyeshadow by Morph Brushes.
01:29 I'm applying it using a Sigma Eyeshading E55 brush.
01:34 Just gonna dab that onto the lid and I'm gonna avoid the tear duct area.
01:39 I'm just gonna lightly transition the color into the silver.
01:58 Now I'm going to blend around the edges well using a Sigma E44 brush.
02:22 Add a little bit more of the No. 59 Eyeshadow on the lid and then just go ahead and blend
02:41 it around the edges using the Sigma E44 brush.
02:45 I'm applying Motif's Cappuccino Eyeshadow into the crease using a Sigma Diffuse Crease
02:53 E38 brush.
02:56 Using a Firm Shader brush E57 by Sigma I'm gonna apply the same lid shade on the lower
03:02 lash line to define it and then I'm going to darken the outer V-areas using Urban Decay's
03:10 Blackout Eyeshadow and a MAC 217 Blending Brush.
03:13 I'm just gonna apply that on the outer V to smoke out the look.
03:23 And now we're going to blend around the edges again using a Sigma E37 brush.
03:30 Now do the other side and we're gonna move on to defining the lower lash line again using
03:36 the same Blackout Eyeshadow from Urban Decay and this time I'm going to take a smaller
03:44 shader brush and this is Short Shader E20 by Sigma.
03:57 Highlight the brow bone and I'm using Motif's Cosmetics Pearl Eyeshadow and I'm just gonna
04:03 apply that on the highest points of my brow bone.
04:07 To get that smoky and sultry eye look I'm going to line my waterline with Black Eyeliner
04:12 Pencil and I'm using Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide-On Pencil and now I'm going to line my lids and
04:20 this time I'm using Anastasia Beverly Hills Waterproof Cream Color and this is the new
04:25 collection that's going to be launched in 2014.
04:30 This is just a tester Anastasia sent me and I really really love it.
04:33 It's so creamy and so dark and it's really waterproof.
04:37 You can use it as eyeshadow or gel liner as well as you wish.
04:42 Then I'm going to line my lower lash line as well to define the eye further and just
04:47 make it look more smoky and do the other side as well.
05:14 The lashes I used today are Judy by Flutter Lashes and Christy on the lower lash line
05:20 and they're so gorgeous and so soft and fluttery that just enhance any look and just make everything
05:27 look even more beautiful.
05:29 On the tear duct area I'm applying the Swarovski Crystals and these were sent to me by Anastasia.
05:34 She was so sweet and so kind to send them to me all the way to Africa.
05:40 Next time to brighten up the under eye area I'm using my favorite concealer by Tarte Cosmetics.
05:46 This one is Amazonian Clay Waterproof Concealer that I always use and I'm going to buff it
05:51 in using the brush that came in one of their holiday kits.
05:56 And I'm just going to buff that in really really well and then take a fluffier brush,
06:01 this one is by Sigma and the number is F64 and I'm just going to buff that in some more
06:09 and then I'm going to seal everything in place using MAC's Prep and Prime Finishing Powder
06:14 and Tarte's Airbrush Foundation Brush and just go over the T-zone and just where I applied
06:22 the concealer on the under eye area just to make it look more matte and natural.
06:29 Moving on to the lips I'm going to keep it light and I'm using Motif Cosmetics Lip Liner
06:35 in the shade Neutral so I'm just going to line my lips and fill them in lightly and
06:40 as you can see the shade is perfect.
06:43 It goes very well with the eye makeup.
06:46 It's not too heavy and not too light at the same time but it's very very natural looking.
06:54 Next I'm going to go over it with Tarte's Lip Surgeons in the shade Awakening which came
07:00 in one of their holiday kits.
07:03 Apply some bronzer, I'm using Motif's Shape and Sculpt Duo and I'm applying it on the
07:08 sides of my forehead and the hollows of my cheeks using a Real Techniques Contour Brush
07:14 and then I'm going to highlight using MAC Mineralize Skin Finish in the center of attention.
07:19 I'm just going to apply it on the highest points of my cheekbones and the bridge of
07:23 my nose.
07:24 I'm going to apply some blush and this one is by Tarte.
07:28 This shade is Frisky, I'm applying it using a MAC 159 brush and same brush I used to apply
07:36 my highlighter as well.
07:38 So it has a little bit of the highlighter on it so it just kind of makes my cheeks really
07:43 glowy.
07:45 This is the final look guys, I really hope you enjoyed this tutorial and got inspired
07:51 by it.
07:52 I really hope you try it for the upcoming holidays.
07:54 You can skip the crystals, you don't have to go so, you know, dramatic if you don't
08:00 want to.
08:01 If you don't have the exact same products that I used, make sure that you use anything
08:04 you have at home or just pick up one of those palettes that you can get at Morph or Coastal
08:11 Scents that have all the eyeshadows so that there you're going to find berry shades or
08:16 you can substitute for another shade if you want.
08:18 It's important that you know the technique of applying the eyeshadow and the blending
08:23 and therefore you can use any eyeshadow that you want.
08:27 I am really grateful to you guys for all the likes and all the comments you've given me
08:31 in all the previous videos and you definitely have given me a lot of motivation to do much
08:36 more for you and a lot of videos will be coming up really soon, especially some of the looks
08:41 that I've done on my Instagram page.
08:44 So stay tuned.
08:45 Thank you again for watching and stay blessed.
08:47 Bye!
