00:02 Hey guys, welcome back.
00:12 So today I have a drugstore makeup tutorial for you guys.
00:15 Everything that I use will be listed down
00:17 in the description box below,
00:18 so you make sure you check that out.
00:20 The only thing that I did not use was for my eyebrows,
00:22 and it was my brow wiz,
00:23 because I initially used a brow kit from e.l.f.,
00:26 and it was so bad, you guys.
00:27 I honestly would not even recommend it to you guys,
00:30 because my eyebrows came out horrible.
00:32 So I ended up just wiping my eyebrows off,
00:34 and just going all over again with my brow wiz.
00:37 But you guys will see that throughout the entire video.
00:39 I hope you guys enjoy it.
00:40 If you love drugstore makeup,
00:41 and you wanna see more drugstore makeup tutorials,
00:44 let me know in the comments below
00:45 by giving this video a thumbs up.
00:47 And without further ado, let's get started.
00:49 So I'm gonna start off by priming my face,
00:53 and I'm just using a Miracle Blur by L'Oreal.
00:56 And this is gonna blur out any imperfections
00:58 or any pores that I might have on my face.
01:01 And I'm just gonna make sure that I spread it out evenly
01:03 throughout my entire face.
01:05 Now I'm gonna move on to foundation,
01:07 and today I'm using a new foundation
01:08 that just hit the drugstore,
01:10 and it's the Revlon Photo Ready Colorstay Foundation.
01:14 And I do really like it, because it's not completely matte.
01:16 It has like a semi-matte finish.
01:19 It is full coverage, and I really like the finish of it.
01:22 So I'm just gonna put it with my fingers all over my face,
01:25 and then I'm taking this e.l.f. Complexion brush,
01:28 and I'm just gonna distribute it throughout my entire face.
01:31 I honestly hate this brush, you guys.
01:34 Like I would not recommend it to apply foundation,
01:36 just because it didn't really apply the foundation
01:39 as well as it would with another brush.
01:42 As you can tell, I was not really happy with it.
01:44 So I went ahead with my favorite brush of life.
01:47 It's the Real Techniques Buffing Brush,
01:50 and I just applied it all over my face again with this brush.
01:53 And it just gave me a really nice finish, as you can see.
01:56 I love the foundation, and I am gonna continue to use it.
01:59 It is a great foundation for people with oily skin
02:02 or even normal skin.
02:04 Then I'm gonna go in with my favorite highlighting product
02:08 from the drugstore, and this is the Maybelline Instant Age
02:11 Rewind in the shade Neutralizer.
02:13 And then I'm just gonna take a beauty blender,
02:16 and I'm just going to dab that all in.
02:19 My beauty blender is damp.
02:21 It does really help if the beauty blender is damp,
02:23 so I do recommend you do that
02:25 before you start spreading out your highlighter.
02:28 Then, of course, my favorite concealer of life
02:33 is my Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in the shade Sand.
02:36 I really love this just because it hides
02:38 my under-eye circles and it just highlights
02:40 under my eyes really nicely.
02:42 I do recommend it.
02:43 It's only like $5, and it's really worth it.
02:46 I've purchased it over 12 times in my entire life
02:49 because it's one of my favorite all-time products.
02:52 Then I'm gonna go on, and I'm just gonna put this
02:54 all over the dark spots that I might have on my face,
02:57 and I'm just gonna take my beauty blender,
02:59 and I'm just going to dab that in as well.
03:02 My lips were a little dry,
03:06 so I've been just applying this on my lips,
03:09 and it's been helping a lot.
03:10 This little egg, I forgot what it's called,
03:12 but it's really helping my lips.
03:14 Then I'm just gonna set my under-eye concealer,
03:16 and I'm using my Rimmel Stay Matte
03:18 in the shade Transparent.
03:20 I don't really get oily throughout the wintertime.
03:23 That's a funny thing, but I just wanted to set it
03:25 just to be on the safe side.
03:27 Then to contour my face, I'm using a pencil from L'Oreal,
03:31 and I'm just going to draw several lines
03:34 throughout my entire face,
03:36 and this pencil is awesome, you guys,
03:38 because it does really contour my face nicely,
03:41 and it's a super affordable product.
03:44 I do recommend it.
03:45 I've used it a ton in the past,
03:46 and I specifically use this on my nose
03:49 because I feel like it contours it really, really nicely.
03:52 And then I'm taking a round brush from Morphe.
03:55 Morphe has so many affordable brushes, you guys.
03:58 I honestly would recommend them over Sigma
04:00 because, one, they're so much more inexpensive,
04:04 and two, they're really great quality,
04:06 and the bristles, when you wash them,
04:07 they do not come off.
04:09 This is another Morphe brush,
04:10 and I'm taking a Rimmel Stay Matte bronzing powder,
04:14 and I'm just going to just contour my face
04:16 a little bit more in depth with this powder.
04:20 And I love this powder as well
04:21 just because it's completely matte,
04:23 doesn't have any shimmer at all,
04:25 and it works perfectly on my skin tone.
04:27 And right now, I'm a little bit lighter,
04:29 so I do need a little bit more of color in my face,
04:32 and this has been my go-to lately.
04:34 For blush, I'm using this blush by Wet n' Wild,
04:37 and it is super pigmented, as you can tell.
04:41 It is so pigmented, you guys.
04:43 It's a great blush,
04:44 but if you find yourself applying
04:47 a little bit too much of blush,
04:49 what I recommend is taking your foundation brush,
04:51 don't worry about it, just take the brush
04:53 and just blend everything all in together,
04:56 and it'll just blend in really nicely on your face,
04:59 so you don't have to worry about that.
05:00 This is a new product for me.
05:02 It's a Maybelline Glaze Highlighter.
05:05 I really like it because it goes on really nice and smoothly
05:08 and it just blends in really nicely on my skin,
05:11 and it does highlight.
05:12 It doesn't highlight as much as I like,
05:14 'cause you know I love my highlighters
05:16 to be super duper bright,
05:18 but for an everyday basis, this is great.
05:21 Oh my God, you guys, I'm obsessed
05:23 with this song and this girl,
05:24 but anyways, back to the makeup.
05:26 I'm done with my face.
05:27 Now I'm gonna move on to my eyes,
05:28 and I'm using the Nudes by Maybelline.
05:31 I'm going to take that vanilla light shade,
05:33 and I'm just going to apply this as a base
05:36 all over my lids, all the way up to my brows
05:39 with a just flat brush.
05:42 And then going in with this mauve-y,
05:45 sort of rosy tone color and a blending brush,
05:48 I'm just gonna apply this to my crease.
05:50 For an everyday use,
05:51 I honestly don't do anything super dramatic,
05:54 but if I wanna have my makeup done nicely,
05:57 I do this every single day
05:58 just because it gives me a nice look,
06:00 but it doesn't look like I'm trying too hard.
06:02 So I just blend this all into my crease,
06:04 and then I take my favorite eyeliner of a life,
06:07 which is my NYC New York Color Eyeliner,
06:10 and I just apply this all over my eyelids.
06:13 You guys know the deal.
06:14 I'm gonna just fast forward for you guys
06:15 because I do my eyeliner in two seconds,
06:18 especially with this eyeliner.
06:20 I feel like the brush makes it so easy for you
06:23 to just apply it evenly on your lids.
06:26 Then I went ahead and take the black shadow
06:34 from the Maybelline Nudes palette.
06:36 This is not the best black eyeshadow that I have.
06:40 Obviously, I have better shades,
06:42 but if you're going for a drugstore product,
06:44 it's actually a good product.
06:45 So what I did was I took an angled brush
06:48 and I took the black shade,
06:49 and I just pretty much drew an angled line on my crease,
06:53 just on the outer part all the way to halfway,
06:56 and then I took a Stifling Precise Blending Brush,
07:00 and I just blended it all in nicely.
07:03 You wanna make sure,
07:03 this is actually gonna take a little while,
07:05 maybe like five minutes,
07:07 just because this black eyeshadow was super hard to blend,
07:10 but once you get it all in, it's gonna look really nice,
07:12 and if you wanna blend it in even more than what I did,
07:15 go ahead 'cause it's gonna look really nice on your eyelids,
07:18 especially for a nice daytime look.
07:22 Then taking the same shade that I used on my lid,
07:25 I'm going to apply it under my brow bone as a highlight.
07:28 And for my waterline,
07:29 I'm just applying a black eyeliner,
07:32 and this is by NYC as well.
07:35 And if you feel like you've messed up your eyeliner
07:36 a little bit,
07:37 just pretty much take your finger and dab it all in,
07:40 and then you'll be good to go.
07:41 For my inner corner, I wanted to highlight,
07:43 so I took this really nice color from the Nudes palette,
07:46 I'll list it down below,
07:48 and I just applied it on the inner corners of my eyelids.
07:51 For mascara, I'm using a new one,
07:55 and I was so excited to use it,
07:56 and I'm actually really, really content with it
07:59 because it's actually really good, you guys.
08:02 My eyelashes were so long,
08:05 like the quality of this mascara
08:07 compares to probably my favorite,
08:09 which is my L'Oreal Telescopic,
08:11 except that it made them look super full and so voluminous.
08:15 So I'm really, really happy with this mascara.
08:17 I'll definitely keep you guys updated and continue using it.
08:20 Under my lower lashes,
08:21 I applied the same color that I initially applied
08:24 on my crease,
08:25 just under my lower lashes
08:27 to smoke out the look a little bit more.
08:29 And then I completed everything
08:30 by applying the mascara under my lower lashes.
08:34 This is the part where I told you guys
08:36 where I ruined my mascara, my eyebrows.
08:40 This kit is horrible.
08:41 I'm gonna trash it and I'm gonna burn it,
08:43 and I'm gonna make sure
08:44 that I'm never gonna use it ever again
08:46 'cause it looks so bad.
08:47 And I feel like the product,
08:49 it just didn't distribute correctly on my brows,
08:52 and the color was just way off,
08:54 and it just didn't really look nice.
08:55 So it took me a while to figure it out,
08:57 but I was like, "No, this is not happening.
09:00 I have to take this off."
09:02 So I took my makeup remover and a pad
09:04 and just pretty much just took it off
09:07 and took my brow wiz in the color granite,
09:10 and then I just pretty much drew in my eyebrows.
09:12 I feel like this is the only product
09:14 that I'm so in love with
09:16 that makes my eyebrows look really nicely and natural,
09:19 and just like I can wear it every single day,
09:22 nothing too dramatic.
09:24 For my lips, this lip liner is gorgeous.
09:27 If you're looking for MAC Soar,
09:29 but you don't wanna spend the $19,
09:32 this is a great dupe by NYX Cosmetics,
09:35 and it only costs like $5 at the drugstore.
09:38 Then I'm gonna top it off with my favorite of life,
09:41 my NYX MAC lip cream,
09:43 'cause you guys know that I'm obsessed with them.
09:45 And then I'm gonna take my e.l.f. setting spray,
09:47 and I'm just gonna top everything off
09:49 and just spray it and just be good to go.
09:51 This is the final look.
09:53 I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
09:54 If you did, make sure to give it a big thumbs up.
09:57 I'll see you guys in my next video,
09:58 and thank you so much for watching.
10:00 Bye-bye.
