00:29 - For scrambled eggs, get three eggs
00:31 and a knob of butter in a cold.
00:33 - Okay, add a knob of butter.

00:35 Get knob of butter and three eggs in a pan
00:38 on the hob, cold.
00:39 Now start to stir it all in as the pan warms.
00:43 As the Pixies said, a saucepan with a thick bottom
00:48 will make this easier.
00:50 Now put it to a medium heat and stir slowly.
00:53 - Hob.
00:53 Okay, stir, stir, stir, stir.

00:58 Stir slowly and keep taking it off the heat.
01:01 The saucepan is hot and it will continue to cook
01:04 even when it's not on the hob.

01:07 - Now, as you can see here,
01:09 the mixture is starting to thicken.
01:11 So you have to stir constantly
01:13 to stop it sticking to the pan.
01:15 And right near the end, chuck in another knob of butter
01:18 and then take it off the heat.
01:20 Should just take about four.
01:21 - Salt and pepper, salt and pepper, salt and pepper,
01:22 salt and pepper, pepper, pepper, pepper.

01:26 Four or five minutes, right near the end,
01:28 add some salt and pepper just before you serve it.
