00:24 To make tomato pakoras, first of all we will prepare the tasty masala to be filled in it
00:29 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan
00:32 Once the oil is heated, add some coriander seeds and bay leaves

00:40 Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
00:42 Slightly roast the dry spices

00:57 Now add some finely chopped green chilies
