00:23 If our rotlo is 4-5 hours old, then Vagharelo Rotla will be very tasty
00:29 I have made the whole rotlo like this
00:33 I have taken 1/2 liter of Khati and Ghati Chhash to make rotlo
00:42 Khati Chhash gives a very nice taste to rotlo
00:45 Now we will add the rotlo pieces in Khati Chhash
00:49 Mix the rotla pieces in Khati Chhash
00:59 Let the rotla rot in Khati Chhash for 5 minutes
01:02 Meanwhile we will make Vagharelo Rotlo
01:05 I have heated 1 tsp of oil in a kadhai
01:08 Now add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
01:11 Add 1/4 tsp of asafoetida
01:15 Add 5-6 drops of lemon juice

02:45 Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
02:48 Mix all the spices
03:06 Rotlo is fried well in Khati Chhash
03:11 Now add the rotlo pieces in Khati Chhash
03:20 Mix the rotlo pieces in the masala
03:30 Add some Chhash for making the rotlo thin
03:35 Now cook the rotlo for 5 minutes
03:44 Now add some peanuts
03:50 Mix the peanuts and rotlo well
04:01 Now turn off the flame and serve it in a dish
04:06 Now you can make spicy and sour rotlo
