00:00 Hello and welcome to the exclusive cooking show of Indian recipes.
00:03 In today's episode you are going to see another exclusive recipe from my secret cooking book.
00:07 I am Nikunj Vasoya and this is Everyday Special.
00:26 In this episode of Everyday Special you are going to see an exclusive and restaurant style recipe of Gobi Paneer Curry.
00:33 This curry takes little longer time as compared to the other Punjabi curries but it will give you an excellent output.
00:40 So let's try cooking an interesting recipe of Punjabi curry.
00:44 For this you will need 250 gms cauliflower or full gobi,
00:49 50 gms grated paneer,
00:52 500 gms tomatoes,
00:55 250 gms chopped tomatoes,
00:57 750 gms chopped onions,
01:00 250 gms finely chopped onions,
01:03 20 gms poppy seeds or khus khus,
01:07 20 gms sesame seeds,
01:09 2 chopped green chilies,
01:11 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste,
01:14 5 tbsp oil,
01:16 1 tsp Punjabi garam masala,
01:19 2 tsp turmeric powder,
01:21 2 bay leaves,
01:23 3 tsp red chili powder,
01:25 oil for deep frying,
01:27 fresh cream,
01:29 some fresh coriander leaves,
01:31 salt to taste,
01:32 and 1/2 tsp of sugar.
01:34 In the hot bubbling water I am going to add around 250 gms of full gobi or cauliflower.
01:51 Cover and cook it for 5-7 minutes on medium low heat.
01:55 Now it is cooked so take this out.
01:59 Now it is the time to deep fry it.
02:03 Fry it for just 20-30 seconds.
02:06 This is it. It is well fried.
02:20 Deep fry it for 2-3 minutes.
02:22 Heat 2 tbsp oil.
02:30 In the very hot oil add the onion and tomato cauliflower.
02:34 You can add more or less gravy. It is depend on you.
02:48 Add 1 tsp red chili powder,
02:50 1/2 tsp Punjabi garam masala,
03:12 salt,
03:15 and fried cauliflower.
03:17 Add around 1/2 glass of water.
03:24 Mix this well.
03:28 Cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium low heat.
03:31 Now add the fresh cream.
03:37 Again stir it well.
03:42 Cook it for further few minutes.
03:44 Again add the little bit of Punjabi garam masala.
03:53 It smells really good.
03:58 Now add the grated paneer.
04:02 Look at this. It looks absolutely delicious.
04:06 Add some fresh coriander leaves.
04:08 So this is it.
04:22 I am going to serve this in a little kadai as they serve in the restaurants.
04:27 Garnish it with fried cauliflower.
04:30 Serve it with chutney.
04:32 You can serve it with chutney.
04:34 Garnish it with fried cauliflower.
05:03 Add some fresh cream and little bit of red chili powder on top.
05:06 Finally some coriander leaves.
