00:20 Assalamu Alaikum viewers, today I will teach you how to make Palak Gosht.
00:24 Here I have 1 kg mutton, 1 cup oil, 2 packets spinach, 2 medium sized onions,
00:35 I have cut them into thick pieces as they will get cooked easily in pressure cooker.
00:42 1 medium sized tomato, frozen, salt to taste, 1 tsp red chilli, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped ginger.
01:08 You will need a pressure cooker.
01:12 Add oil, cumin seeds, onions, ginger garlic paste,
01:41 add tomatoes,
01:51 add meat, spices, tomatoes,
02:17 cook for 5 minutes.
02:22 Add 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 20-25 minutes on high flame.
02:45 After 20 minutes, spinach is boiling on the other side.
02:49 After boiling, take it out and grind it.
02:52 I have cooked it for 30 minutes in pressure cooker.
02:55 Cook it until all the water gets dry.
02:59 It took 45 minutes to cook.
03:06 Add 2 cups of water and grind it.
03:34 Cook it for some more time on medium flame.
03:46 Spinach gulsh is ready.
03:49 I have kept it on high flame for 5 minutes.
