00:00 The Italians often make bruschetta, which is essentially a variety of toppings on toast,
00:17 and Always Fresh have these crostini toasts already prepared, which I'm going to use today.
00:22 They're a crunchy little bread, and today I'm going to use roasted red pepper strips
00:28 and some anchovy fillets with a little bit of lemon juice.
00:31 These are a great fun thing to do with your kids.
00:34 You can lay out a variety of toppings and have all your little bruschetta toasts ready to be topped.
00:39 So I'll start with the fire-roasted red pepper strips, which smell gorgeous.
00:46 And then I'm just going to squirt a little bit of lemon juice over my anchovies.
00:55 And just one anchovy fillet per toast.
00:58 Really simple, and then finish with some freshly chopped parsley.
01:02 Okay, so they're all finished.
01:17 A great little snack to enjoy on your own.
01:20 Or if you've got some friends coming over, why not make a whole platter of them,
01:23 because people will just love these.
