00:00 Assalamu Alaikum everyone, today I am going to share with you a spicy green chili pickle recipe
00:05 So let's start making it
00:07 For this, I am taking 2 green chilies which I have washed and dried
00:12 It is very important to dry the chilies, if you don't dry them, the pickle will spoil very quickly
00:17 So I am cutting it here, I am cutting it from the middle by adding cumin seeds
00:23 Now I am cutting all the green chilies in the same way
00:27 Now I have cut all the green chilies
00:43 Now I am adding salt, I am adding half a spoon of salt
00:47 After that I will add vinegar, I am using blackberry vinegar which is 2 tablespoons
00:53 If you don't have blackberry vinegar, you can use any other vinegar
00:57 Now let's start making the spices
00:59 So here I am taking half a spoon of fenugreek seeds
01:03 Which I will add first and roast it a little, after that I will add all the other spices
01:07 Now I am adding 1 spoon of cumin seeds
01:15 And 1 spoon of fennel seeds
01:19 Half a spoon of carom seeds
01:21 And 1 pinch of cloves
01:29 Now we have to roast it well until it crackles
01:33 When it crackles, I will take it off the stove and grind it
01:37 We have to prepare the main powder of it
01:39 Now in the same pan, when the pan is hot, I am adding 2 spoons of coriander powder
01:47 After that I will take it out of the pan and keep it aside
01:53 And in the same pan, I will take 1 cup of mustard oil
01:59 And I will heat it well until it smokes well
02:05 When it is hot, turn off the flame
02:07 After turning off the flame, add asafoetida
02:09 After adding asafoetida, keep it aside to cool
02:13 Now add all the spices to the chili
02:17 So here I am adding the spices that we prepared earlier
02:21 After that I will add yellow mustard seeds
02:27 I have grinded the yellow mustard seeds and made it into a powder form
02:31 I am adding 2 spoons of it
02:33 This gives a very good taste of pickle and the spices of pickle are also very good
02:39 After adding it, I will add 1/2 spoon of black salt
02:45 After that I am adding the roasted coriander
02:52 And 1/4 spoon of turmeric
02:55 And 1 spoon of Kashmiri red chili powder
02:59 Now mix all of them
03:01 After mixing, I am adding the hot mustard oil
03:07 After adding it, mix all of them well
03:11 After mixing, keep it in a jar or container
03:15 And after keeping it, you can keep it in sunlight or without sunlight
03:20 Let it rest for 1 day
03:22 Eat it after 1 day
03:25 You will see that this pickle will be very tasty and good
