00:12 Today's dish is Fish Cutlets.
00:16 It is a very easy and quick recipe.
00:19 You can serve it with tea or coffee as a snack or as a main dish.
00:30 Let's see the ingredients and preparation.
00:35 To make fish cutlets, take 1 kg of fish.
00:40 I am using cod fish.
00:42 Separate the bones from the meat.
00:46 Remove the skin and cut it into chunks.
00:50 Apply some vinegar and wash the fish.
00:54 Cook the fish in a frying pan and dry the moisture.
01:02 Once the fish is cooked and the moisture is dry, remove it from the pan and let it cool.
01:08 The fish must have been mashed while cooking.
01:11 If there are any chunks left, mash them with your hands.

01:18 You can use any fish of your choice to make fish cutlets.

01:33 I have 1 tbsp crushed red chilli powder, 1 tsp ground cumin seeds, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp salt, 3 green chillies, 3 cloves of garlic,

02:04 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 cup green coriander, 1/4 cup white flour,

03:44 Apply some water on your hands and press the cutlets with your palms.

04:20 Make a mixture of 3/4 cup water and flour.
