00:23 Let's see the ingredients we need for this.
00:27 For Dhaba style Mutton Bhoona Gosht, take 1 kg or 1 kg mutton meat with bones.
00:36 You can also make this with beef.
00:38 3 tbsp ginger and garlic paste.
00:44 Someone asked me that their ginger garlic paste turns green or its color changes.
00:50 So for that, whenever you are grinding ginger garlic, add a little water and cooking oil.
00:59 So that your ginger garlic paste doesn't turn green or its color doesn't change.
01:04 It won't be spoiled for 1 to 1.5 weeks.
01:08 Salt 1 tsp, paprika 2 tsp, cumin powder 1.5 tsp, coriander powder 1.5 tbsp, red chili powder 2 tbsp, garam masala 1/2 tsp, turmeric 1 tsp.

01:44 So I am taking 3/4 cup ghee for this.
