00:11 today i m sharing with you a very delicious kabab recipe
00:15 this is my family's all time favourite kabab
00:17 and its a very unique recipe
00:20 the ingredients we need are
00:22 1/2 kg chicken with bones
00:30 you can use boneless chicken if you want
00:32 i have taken 1/2 kg chicken with bones but you can use boneless chicken as well
00:38 1 cup boiled spaghetti
00:42 6 boiled eggs
00:46 5 medium sized potatoes
00:52 i have already boiled them so that our video will not be lengthy
00:57 the ingredients we need are
01:00 1 tsp ginger paste
01:04 1 tbsp garlic paste
01:07 2 tbsp soy sauce
01:11 1 tsp black pepper powder
01:17 1 tbsp red chilli powder
01:20 1/2 tsp salt
01:25 1 tsp ajinomoto
01:30 mix all the ingredients and cook it
01:35 3 green chillies
01:39 chop them very finely
01:43 1 bunch coriander
01:48 3 eggs
01:50 1 packet bread crumbs
01:55 3 tsp ajinomoto
01:58 black pepper powder
02:01 salt
02:04 i will tell you why i have taken them out in a separate video
02:08 in a pan add all the spices
02:15 red chilli powder
02:18 black pepper powder
02:21 salt and ajinomoto
02:26 soy sauce
02:30 ginger and garlic paste
02:34 add 1 glass water
02:47 cook it on med flame till the water dries out and the chicken gets tender.
02:57 chicken is ready now and the water is almost dry.
03:05 cook it for a minute and then we will strain it in a plate.
03:12 i have strained the chicken and put the rest of the marination in a pot.
03:22 i have mashed all the potatoes with a fork
03:30 and i have chopped the eggs very finely with a knife.
03:37 you can do it roughly like this
03:42 i have also mashed the eggs
03:45 i have chopped the coriander and green chillies
03:50 now we will mix all the ingredients in a bowl
03:56 add eggs
04:05 add mashed potatoes
04:09 this is a very tasty kebab
04:14 this is labnees kebab
04:19 i am not sure if it is labnees kebab or not
04:25 but the people who told me this recipe call it labnees kebab
04:32 add green chillies
04:35 it depends on you how much you eat
04:40 if you eat more you can add more chillies
04:43 add coriander
04:47 add spaghetti
04:52 i have cut the spaghetti in 1 inch pieces and boiled them
04:59 and i put them in a pan with oil
05:04 i have kept the black pepper,salt and ajinomoto in a separate bowl
05:14 because i have boiled the rest of the ingredients
05:19 but i am not sure how much salt i need to add in it
05:24 i will add 1 tbsp ajinomoto in it
05:34 1 tbsp black pepper
05:41 1/2 tsp salt
05:46 all these ingredients are adjustable
05:49 you can adjust them according to your taste and you can taste the salt and adjust it according to your taste.
05:58 i washed my hands properly,you also wash your hands before mixing all the ingredients.
06:03 now mix all the ingredients together.
06:08 i mix all the ingredients well.
06:13 now i put oil in a tray and i will make kebabs from it.
06:21 put oil on the palm of your hand.
06:29 and then take the batter and make kebabs.
06:36 it depends on you how big,round,oval or shami kebab you want to make.
06:48 i have made 1 kebab
06:52 i make it in this shape all the time.

07:04 and make kebabs in oval shape.
07:17 dip it in egg.
07:26 roll it in bread crumbs.
07:34 you can do it with your hands but it is better to do it with your hands.
07:43 and then set it on the tray.

08:01 use fork or spoon for both the things.
08:06 do not use fork or spoon for both.it will be messy.
08:12 after 1 kebab is ready put it in a tray.i will show you all the kebabs after they are ready.
08:38 kebabs are ready now.put them in the freezer for 15 mins or 1/2 hour.
08:45 so that they set and then we will fry them.
08:48 oil is hot now put the kebabs in it.
08:52 do not shake them.
08:56 let them cook from 1 side for 1 min and then turn them.
09:06 do not over crowd them or they will break.
09:11 let them cook from 1 side for 30,40 secs and then turn them.
09:17 and fry them from other side.
09:33 fry them till they are golden brown from both the sides.
09:42 they are golden brown now.
09:48 you can see how beautiful they are.
09:51 it will take only 5 mins to fry them.
09:54 put them on a paper towel.
09:59 you can deep fry them or shallow fry them if you are calorie conscious.
10:11 you can use these kebabs in chicken,mutton,beef or lamb.
10:20 use 1 tbs of ginger and garlic instead of 1 tsp.
10:27 yummy lamb kebabs are ready now.
10:29 i can say you to make them once.
10:33 you will never forget their taste.
10:36 and they will be your party food for the whole day.
10:39 serve them with ketchup,sweet and sour,turmeric and coriander chutney.
10:47 they are very tasty.
