00:00 Hi, I'm Amy and today I'm making baked cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.
00:15 Now these are super easy to make and they are great by themselves or with dips.
00:22 They're also delicious with fruit salsa, which I will be making in the next video.
00:28 So let's get started.
00:32 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then
00:37 set aside.
00:41 Take 10 6 inch flour tortillas and cut them into wedges.
00:51 Now place them in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet.
00:59 In a bowl, add a fourth of a cup of white sugar and one teaspoon of cinnamon.
01:10 Stir this together well and then set aside.
01:14 Melt a half a stick of butter and brush some onto the top of each tortilla wedge.
01:24 Now evenly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
01:28 You can use as much or as little as you like.
01:33 Now bake in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the wedges are lightly browned and
01:38 crisp.
01:40 Then remove from oven and let them cool.
01:46 Repeat with any remaining tortillas.
01:51 And here they are, delicious baked cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.
01:56 And be sure to store these in an airtight container.
01:59 Enjoy!
