People soon able to purchase more PBS medicine for less

Millions of Australians will be able to buy 60 days' worth of medicine through a single prescription under a major shake-up of the pharmaceutical benefits scheme. Doctors and consumer groups are welcoming the change which the government says could save patients up to 180 dollars a year. But pharmacists have been staunchly opposed to it.
