00:00 The Kettle Pizza is a unique system that turns your existing Weber kettle into a wood-fired pizza oven.
00:06 Here is a quick cooking tutorial for your new Kettle Pizza.
00:10 First, make sure you have the supplies you need.
00:12 A Weber kettle, a charcoal chimney, lubbed charcoal, a few pieces of chunk wood, and your assembled Kettle Pizza.
00:20 First, we'll fill our charcoal chimney with lubbed charcoal.
00:24 Light a Weber paraffin cube or similar charcoal starter.
00:27 Place the charcoal on the cube and wait until the coals have lit and are covered in white ash at the top of the charcoal chimney.
00:34 Next, dump the coals into a C-shape in the back of your kettle.
00:43 Place a couple pieces of chunk wood on the coals and let them catch fire.
00:54 Place your Kettle Pizza on your grill and put the top on.
01:01 After a few minutes, your Kettle Pizza should be above 600 degrees and ready for your first pizza.
01:07 Place your prepared pizza on the grill with a pizza peel and allow it to cook for four or so minutes before turning it,
01:13 either with a pair of grill tools or Kettle Pizza's handy pizza spinners.
01:29 After a few more minutes, take the pizza peel and lift the pizza into the dome.
01:33 The dome holds more heat and will allow the cheese to bake without overcooking the crust.
01:50 The Kettle Pizza makes awesome wood-fired pizza, and at a fraction of the cost of other options,
01:55 allowing you to enjoy wood-fired pizza at home.
01:57 We hope you love cooking on your new Kettle Pizza as much as we do.
