00:17 Hi!
00:24 So, we decided to do a cooking tutorial for our English project.
00:31 And we did that because...
00:33 Because we are Korean and our families are Korean.
00:37 But then we live in Brazil, so we are used to eat Korean food and Brazilian food.
00:43 So we wanted to cook some food that shows both Korean and Brazilian food characteristics.
00:51 And we found it interesting.
00:53 We have three dishes. The first one is the appetizer.
00:57 It's traditional Korean pancakes.
01:01 But when we say pancakes, you would imagine the American pancake.
01:06 But it's totally different from that.
01:08 And if we would give it a Brazilian name, it would be "Pizza".
01:12 Right? Because it's really similar.
01:14 So we used the Korean way, but we added some Brazilian touch to it.
01:22 [Music]
01:26 These are the ingredients.
01:29 [Music]
01:54 [Music]
02:10 So you heat up a pan.
02:12 Wait until it's really hot and then you add oil.
02:16 [Music]
02:19 Spread the oil around.
02:22 [Music]
02:44 Now, the Brazilian touch.
02:48 You can add the cheese.
02:51 And it's done!
02:52 So, now we are going to try it.
02:56 I'm going to try first.
03:05 Is it bad?
03:10 It's good.
03:12 The cheese.
03:14 What is it supposed to taste like?
03:21 [Laughing]
03:25 Yeah.
03:27 It's good.
03:29 Yeah, not bad.
03:31 The second dish is the main dish, which is a rice paper sandwich.
03:35 And that is...
03:38 [Coughing]
03:40 You will see later.
03:42 Yeah.
03:44 [Music]
03:46 These are the ingredients for the main dish.
03:50 Meat.
03:51 Peppers.
03:53 Carrots.
03:55 Onions.
03:57 Eggs. Mushrooms.
03:59 Spam. And rice paper.
04:01 For the eggs, we have to fry it as well.
04:04 So...
04:06 [Sizzling]
04:14 You cut and then fry the spam.
04:18 And this is the meat.
04:22 These are the proteins.
04:25 [Music]
04:28 So, you saute all the vegetables.
04:31 So, the mushroom, the red and yellow peppers, the onion, the carrots.
04:37 Except for the meat.
04:41 We have two different sauces. One is very spicy and one is just normal soy sauce.
04:48 [Music]
04:52 Now, we are going to teach you how to eat this.
04:55 Eat, eat, eat.
04:57 So, we have a rice paper.
04:59 And then you put it in the water, cold water, for 10 seconds.
05:03 One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.
05:09 It became very transparent.
05:11 And then you put it in your dish.
05:15 And then you can choose the ingredients that you want to eat.
05:21 One honey.
05:23 One yellow pepper.
05:25 One carrot.
05:27 One mushroom.
05:29 One onion.
05:31 I'm going to get two spam.
05:33 And then I'm going to get eggs.
05:35 You wrap it.
05:38 Wrap like this.
05:40 And it became a sandwich.
05:43 And it became a sandwich.
05:45 You put it in sauce.
05:48 And you eat.
05:50 [Music]
05:55 [Laughter]
05:56 [Music]
06:15 The third dish is Melona Parfait.
06:19 One of the most popular Korean ice creams, which is Melona.
06:24 And you pop it.
06:25 We added some little twist to it, so it would be more universal.
06:32 [Music]
06:35 For our dessert, we're going to use...
06:37 The ingredients are...
06:39 First, we apply the fruit.
06:41 The ice cream is the main ingredient of the dessert.
06:44 Just put it in the bowl.
06:46 [Music]
06:50 Come out like that.
06:53 We're going to cut the ice cream into bite-sized pieces.
06:54 So it can be...
06:56 [Heartbeat]
06:58 ...easy when we eat it.
07:00 [Music]
07:16 So now it's time for you to release your stress and burn some calories.
07:22 Because we're eating too much, so we have to burn some calories.
07:25 So just put your Oreos inside of this box.
07:28 Close it.
07:30 And...
07:32 [Music]
07:34 And think of the person that you hate.
07:37 And just smash the Oreos with all of your...
07:42 ...tempted anger.
07:44 [Music]
07:47 You can now garnish your...
07:49 ...your dessert.
07:51 And then...
07:52 Don't forget to add the mochi.
07:56 Super good.
07:58 Grab your milk.
08:00 Just a little bit.
08:02 [Music]
08:04 Open your mouth.
08:06 [Music]
08:08 And then the milk.
08:10 [Music]
08:12 You have to be generous enough.
08:14 [Music]
08:16 I love you.
08:18 And then...
08:20 [Music]
08:22 ...the tangerine.
08:24 With your Oreos and you're done!
08:26 And this is the final look.
08:28 And it will be a dessert where people will want to take pictures of it.
08:32 That's it?
08:34 Okay.
