Ramadan Tent Project, an award-winning charity behind the Ramadan Festival and Open Iftar, has been celebrating its 10-year anniversary with events across 10 UK cities, culminating in Trafalgar Square on April 20.
More than 3,000 people attended, including both those with faith and without, the event, with speakers including the mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, and ClIr Hamza Taouzzale, lord mayor of Westminster.
Omar Salha, the founder of Ramadan Tent Project, described the number of people attending as "stunning", and spoke on how it reflects the fact that "Ramadan brings people together".
