RBA Governor welcomes sweeping changes in review

The Reserve Bank Governor Philip Lowe has largely welcomed the findings of a review which lays out the biggest overhaul to the bank in decades, but he's warned against overestimating their impact. The two hundred- and ninety-four-page review makes fifty-one recommendations for change to how the bank is managed and how it sets monetary policy.
