Josh Crompton, TfL’s head of the IFS Cloud Cable Car, tells LondonWorld about the now fully-open experience centre at the service's terminal in Greenwich.
The centre, which includes a café, functions area and VR experience, is part of the network's plans to make the cable car more of a "visitor attraction", enabling it to host events around Christmas, Eid and Mother's Day.
The cable car opened in June 2012, in time for the Olympics, providing an easy route from Greenwich to the Royal Docks in Tower Hamlets.
