Surviving the Spill

To cope with the effects of the oil spill in Oriental Mindoro, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) launches 'cash-for'work' program where affected residents would be given work in exchange for money to buy food and other basic necessities. DSWD Assistant Secretary Rommel Lopez tells more in this interview with The Manila Times.
