Hi, thanks for watching our video about During Ramadan, Muslims experience headaches for a variety of reasons, the most common of which are low blood sugar, lack of water, caffeine, and sleep.
Many people believe that eating sweets at Suhoor will improve blood sugar levels throughout the day, but this is not the case.
Dehydration, lack of sugar and salts in the body during fasting can cause numerous problems including headache, lethargy, muscle weakness, dizziness, drop in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever and others. In severe cases, you may even faint.
