Join us as we celebrate 5 years of our personal training business — One Body LA! Throughout these 5 years, we have had the opportunity of helping others reach their health and fitness goals, and lead them to living healthier lifestyles. OBLA has also led us to start our YouTube channel, which has helped hundreds of thousands of people along their health and fitness journeys.

Our goal with this challenge is to create a program that will help you to feel conditioned, strong and confident. We want to create consistency with a routine that is realistic and maintainable. We will focus on building lean muscle, burning body fat, and improving endurance with strength and conditioning workouts. The workouts are designed to be between 20-45 minutes each day. The program is based on 5 days a week, with an optional 6th day, and consists of strength, HIIT, Cardio, recovery and an end of the week challenge. For extra motivation, we will be giving out prizes weekly on the J&T app along with 3 cash prizes for the best results of any kind.
