Watch as Veronica Sullivan gets caught by a huge wave despite her best efforts to flee the scene without getting her clothes wet.
"We arranged to meet family for fish and chips; on arrival, we noticed the waves which we always like to see," the filmer, Vannessa Kerr wrote online. "My sister wanted to 'go and get splashed' like we did when we were kids.
"She just didn't expect the washout she received. It was very funny and it's even better I caught it on video."
