The McLaren Senna is a limited-production mid-engine sports car that is the third addition in the McLaren Ultimate Series. It is named after the legendary Formula One driver Ayrton Senna, who won three world championships and 35 races with McLaren. The car is designed to achieve faster lap times by using a lightweight carbon fiber monocoque and a powerful 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 800 PS (789 hp) and 800 Nm (590 lb.-ft) of torque. The Senna is also equipped with advanced aerodynamic features that provide high levels of downforce and cooling. The car was unveiled online by McLaren on 10 December 2017 and made its official debut at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show.
