Gladstone Primary Academy teachers in Peterborough take to picket line

Teaching staff, Kim and Tabassam, have said they are going to "fight" for children to have the best chance at school. The pair said recruitment is tough, working hours are on average 60 hours per week and they describe the workload as "crippling."
