Sandifer places his gift box next to him and that's when his mom/filmer, Shay Sandifer asks him to see what she and Heath had gotten for him.
"Our son had been asking for a Corgi for a long time, so we surprised him with one for his birthday," Shay shared with WooGlobe.
Despite a tornado of excitement whirling around inside his heart, the youngling makes sure to stay cool in order to not overwhelm his new puppy.
"He was in shock and keeps saying that he's blown away," the filmer added.
