Parents of murder victim attend Police press conference - appeal to members of the public

Julia and Phil Smith, the parents of Shevington murder victim Liam Smith, joined by senior investigating officer Gina Brennand, at a press conference, renewing an appeal to members of the public for information about the murder, held at Greater Manchester Police Headquarters.
