U.S. marks three years since COVID pandemic began

It's been three years since the first case of COVID-19 was confirmed in the United States. On January 20, 2020, the first U.S. case of the virus was diagnosed in Snohomish County just north of Seattle. It was a man in his 30's who had just returned from Wuhan, China.
