DINAGYANG FESTIVAL IS BACK

After two-year respite due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Dinagyang Festival honoring the Sto. Nino is back with a procession and fluvial parade Friday anda Mardi Gras on Saturday, January 21. A concelebrated Mass for the Feast of the Sto. Nino will be held on Sunday, January 22, and a Dinagyang sa Barangay Tribes Competition will also be held on the same day. The festivities and merry-making show the devotion of the people of Iloilo to the Señor Santo Niño since it first arrived on the shores of the city in 1968.
