Storyline: Left in Manhattan after sending his wife Helen and son to Maine for the summer holidays, the director of a small publishing house, Richard Sherman, an exemplary husband of seven years, finds himself dealing with his attractive and naive new neighbor, whose beauty endangers Richard's marital fidelity.
