Henry and the Wishing Tree: The timing of when the narrator says, "The Fat Controller arrived on board Thomas" and "What are you doing Henry? You are causing confusion and delay" is a few seconds later and the last few lines in the last two scenes are said earlier.
Thomas and the Tuba: Bertie's eye movements are animated differently, the background of the photograph of the Brass Band is different and the band member close to Thomas at Maithwaite has different hair colour as in later versions it was edited to brown.
