Salesforce To Cut 10% Of Its Workforce

  • last year
Salesforce Inc. ($CRM@US) said it would cut 10 percent of its 80,000 employees after it hired too many people in the lead-up to the economic downturn. The enterprise software company plans to complete the workforce restructuring by the end of fiscal 2024 and reduce real estate holdings in fiscal 2026. Salesforce has projected its slowest revenue growth for the current quarter since going public in 2004 while under pressure from investors to improve its margins.
