The love of every Mumbaikar’s life is vada pav. Vada pav is a must-have for not only them but also for any tourist to the city. This cheese burst vada pav is a mouthwateringly delicious vada pav that is bursting with flavors and spices. Chef Archana made the potato mixture with grated mozzarella cheese before drenching it in flour batter and deep-frying it.

Ingredients
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilli (crushed)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
10-12 Curry Leaves
3-4 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
