Cameras with slashes/circles behind many of the windows, along with loud tapping on the glass the women themselves will tell you that bringing cameras into Walletjes, Amsterdam's red light district, is a serious breach of etiquette. One of the district security officers may warn you - destroy your film; it may even ask you to leave, or worse. There are no cameras in the red light district.
