The Proclamation no. 1157, series of 2006, declares December 3 as the International Day of Persons with Disabilities in the Philippines.
LTO NCR East utilizes its Driving Education Center to highlight this declaration.
The office provided a free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) to the members of ALKASAMOPI, an association of PWD drivers who also advocate for safer roads. Held at the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) Bldg., Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City.
