Person Attempting to Jump Over Fence Gets Their Arm Fractured

This individual was with a couple of friends when they were dared to jump over a 3-4 feet tall fence. The person felt confident enough to leap over it without difficulty. But as soon as they made the jump, their feet got caught on the fence, sending them plummeting to the ground. As a result of their direct and forceful collision with the concrete, they ended up with a fractured arm.
