  • 2 anni fa
"Friend" one year after the debut album was also the last album released by sunshine-pop outfit Inner Dialogue from Los Angeles. Quite different from the first one "Friend" proves to be amore focusing on pop hits of the period, wreaking of commerciality, with its flower pop, and mild loungue flavor.
Something is also changed in the style, wearing chorus on one feamale lead vocals. The songs covered are of Lennon/McCartney, James Taylor, B. Bacharach among others.

Kay Cole, Lynn Dolin Mann - vocals.
Gene DiNovi - keyboards.
Barry Zweig - guitar.
Ernie McDaniel - bass.
Bob Lanning - drums.

Portrait of me.
Made to measure.
Cry, baby cry.
Raindrops keep falling on my head.
Friend.
Carolina on my mind.
Loving.
Together.
Too much for me.
Chairs.
Where it's at.
