"I create my own exercises, connections, combinations, and elements," Olena explained to WooGlobe. "In this video, you can see me practicing a short segment with my mentee. It's actually very easy and fun!"
The exercise on display shows the subjects using only one foot to pedal their indoor cycles, while freely moving their free leg all around the equipment.
