The Assalam Waqf Foundation, with its headquarters in Jeddah, and the World Muslim League, with its headquarters in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, support the Rasulullah Museum in Indonesia, the first to be established outside of Saudi Arabia.
The Rasulullah Museum was built and is owned by Indonesia, which is the first nation outside of Saudi Arabia to do so. "This is an honor, as well as a source of pride and of course a mandate for the people of Indonesia, who are primarily Muslim, to have been entrusted with building and owning the Rasulullah Museum.
Together with the Saudi Arabia As-Salam Wakaf Foundation, the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, and the Islamic World League (Rabithah Alam Al Islam), DMI and these organizations built this museum.
Anies stated that by providing land and the necessary infrastructure, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is assisting this growth. The Islamic World League and DMI will both provide funds in the interim.
