Vanessa's message to Anthony Albanese on the benefit of psychedelic-assisted therapies

In March 2021, Franco tragically lost his life to suicide after his 3-year battle with treatment-resistant depression, leaving behind his wife of 30 years, Vanessa, and their beloved daughter Zara. After exhausting every option our Australian medical system had to offer, Vanessa had hoped her husband would gain access Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies.

On November 7, 2022, Vanessa delivered a letter to her local member, Prime Minister of Australia Anthony Albanese, sharing her story and asking for his support in the rescheduling of psychedelic medicines for clinical use to alleviate the suffering of those most in need.
