Uzi RETIRES: How Health Issues Forced LoL Legend to Step Down

Legendary Chinese AD Carry Jian 'Uzi' Zi-Hao has announced his retirement from professional League of Legends.

The Royal Never Give Up bot-laner has had one of the most storied careers in LoL history, reaching the finals of Worlds twice, winning MSI, and claiming two LPL titles. He is widely considered the greatest AD Carry of all time, always the star player around whom his teams were built.

Unfortunately, his career has also been plagued by injuries to his wrist, shoulder, and back, which have at times forced him to take breaks away from competition. Now, Uzi has announced that he has also been diagnosed with Type II Diabetes, and in conjunction with his existing injuries has been forced to retire due to his health.
