$2.04 billion Powerball winner in California

The winning ticket for the jumbo Powerball jackpot worth $2.04 billion was sold at Joe's Service Center in Altadena, California. The store's owner, who came to the U.S. from Syria in the 80's searching for a better life, will get $1 million just for selling the ticket.
